Chunky Dip Quiche

Ingredients

  • 1 sheet puff pastry
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 tub (150g) Basil & Cashew Chunky Dip
  • 100g grated cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the over to 180C
  2. Line a 25cm quiche dish with baking paper and cover with the pasty
  3. In a bowl beat the eggs well. Stir in the dip and half the cheddar.
  4. Pour the filling into the quiche dish and sprinkle with the remaining cheddar and season to taste
  5. Bake for 30 minutes or until set
